Writing for Charity, a one day conference that benefits charities, held from 9:30-5:30 on Saturday at the Utah Valley University Classroom Building in Orem, UT. Peggy will be doing critiques, speaking on panels, and participating in the mass book signing.

Salt Lake Comic Con FanXperience: Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, UT. Peggy will be on panels and signing books.

• Davis County School District’s Family Literacy Night event: Northridge High School in Layton, Utah. Peggy will be doing workshops, then signing books. This is a family event.

April 18
Tween Author Boot Camp: at the Provo Library in Provo, UT. Peggy will be teaching a workshop at a writing conference only for tweens! She will also be signing books at the end of the day.

May 11-13
Storymakers Writing Conference, a writers conference held at Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, UT. Peggy will be leading one of the First Pages Clinic groups on Thursday, will be teaching How to Present Like a Pro on Friday, and will be part of the group book signing on Saturday.

June 21
• Jackson Hole Kids Writing Camp: Peggy will be teaching a writing camp for kids (Writing and Brainstorming the Most Fantastical Ideas and Worlds) at the Teton County Library.

June 22-24
Jackson Hole Writing Conference: at the Center for the Arts in Jackson Hole, WY. Peggy will be giving the keynote speech, teaching a writing class, giving critiques, and signing books.

Writing and Illustrating for Young Readers (WIFYR), at the Waterford School in Sandy, UT. Peggy will be teaching a four hour class in the morning titled “Writing Emotion: Pulling Your Readers in So Fully They Can’t Let Go,” and she’ll be teaching a one hour class on the same subject in the afternoon.

August 6
Eagle Mountain Arts Alliance, in Eagle Mountain, UT. Peggy will be giving three presentations (Getting inside the head of a middle grade kid, The parenting problem in middle grade, and When your mojo is lost and you can’t seem to find it), and signing books.

The Children’s Literature Association of Utah is sponsoring an event with Peggy at the Orem Public Library at 7:00 pm. Peggy will be speaking for 15-20 minutes, then there will be tons of fun Sky Jumpers-related activities for kids.

LDStorymakers Writing Conference, a writers conference held at Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, UT. Peggy will be teaching two classes– one titled “Unraveling the Query Process,” and one titled “When Your Mojo is Lost and You Can’t Seem to Find It.” She will be part of a group presentation on “Finding the Right Publishing Path,” on a panel titled “What to Expect from Publication Professionals.” She will be leading a Boot Camp group on Thursday, and she will be part of the group book signing on Saturday.

North Davis Spring Reading Celebration at North Davis Junior High in Clearfield, UT, 6-8pm. Peggy will be giving the keynote address, participating in the activities, and singing books.
